We contact past employment to
collect work references and validate
Ongoing Support for Caregivers
Our caregivers receive ongoing support with each new service plan to ensure they safely provide in-home care services to people with memory impairment concerns and those peacefully aging in place at the end of their lives.
Our caregivers will follow a detailed service plan that is created especially for your loved one.
Every caregiver is carefully screened for relevant experience through an in-person interview by The HomeAides staff.
We try our best to match our caregivers with your loved ones so they feel the most comfortable in their own home.
*Disclosure: must work a minimum of 35 hours per week with 90 days of continuous employment , to be paid over the 90 day period
Refer a Caregiver Friend Bonus: $300.**
