Aides can earn additional compensation to their base pay by working weekend shift cases when applicable.

We’ll Transport You To and From Cases
You don’t have to worry about getting to your cases, we will pick you up and drop you off. The HomeAides provides transportation to its caregivers at a discounted rate cheaper than other transport alternatives.

Our Caregiver Hiring Process
We are always looking to add compassionate caregivers to our team.
Here’s what you can expect when you are applying for a home care job with The HomeAides.
1. Pre-Employment Competency Test
You will participate in a competency test prior to interviewing to evaluate your strengths and experience.
2. In-Person
Interview
Every caregiver is interviewed by The HomeAides’ recruiters and carefully screened for their relevant experience and fit for our clients.
3. National, State and Local Background Check
We run comprehensive background checks to verify your eligibility to work and to ensure client safety.
4. Previous Employment References
We contact your past employment to collect references and validate your previous work history.
5. Caregiver Onboarding Orientation
We’ll verify all documentation and review policies, and procedures to ensure you are ready to start working.
6. Ongoing Support During Cases
Once hired and placed on a case, you will receive ongoing check-in visits from Service Plan Managers.
