Our Caregiver Hiring & Training Process

Background Check
We run comprehensive federal.
national, state and county—level
background checks on all caregivers.

Employment References
We contact past employment to
collect work references and validate
work history.

Memory Impairment Support
Our caregivers can provide homemaker and companion services for memory impaired family members.

Caregiver Orientation
Our caregivers will follow a detailed service plan that is created especially for your loved one.

In-Person Interview
Every caregiver is carefully screened for relevant experience through an in-person interview by The HomeAides staff.

Our Caregivers
We try our best to match our caregivers with your loved ones so they feel the most comfortable in their own home.

*Disclosure: must work a minimum of 35 hours per week with 90 days of continuous employment , to be paid over the 90 day period
