Pre-Employment Competency Test
All caregivers participate in a competency test prior to interviewing to evaluate their strengths and experience as a caregiver.
Every caregiver is carefully screened for relevant experience through an in-person interview by The HomeAides’ recruiters.
Extensive National, State and Local Background Checks
We run comprehensive federal, national, state and county level background checks on all of our caregivers.
We contact past employment to collect references and validate work history.
Our caregivers will review and follow a detailed service plan that is created especially for your loved one.
Caregivers will receive ongoing support and education to ensure they are meeting the care needs of the client and family.
